Having a supply of snacks in your commuter bag can be a quick fix when hunger pains arise. Whether you’re stuck in traffic or you skipped lunch to finish a project, keeping your bag packed with a few simple snacks can be the answer.

You'll want to pack your bag with healthy snacks that can reduce your hunger as well as give you some extra energy. It doesn't have to be a buffet, but just enough to get you to your next meal.

Here are a few options for your commuter's survival kit:

Snack List:
• Trail Mix: nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate
